1. Shipping regions
We ship to addresses within the European Union and selected European countries offered at checkout. If your country is not listed at checkout, we cannot fulfil your order at this time.
2. Carrier
We ship with DHL. You will receive tracking information once your shipment has been dispatched.
3. Order processing
Orders are dispatched the same day once payment has been received and matched to the order reference. During peak periods, public holidays, or inventory checks, dispatch may take longer.
4. Delivery times
Delivery usually takes 4-6 working days, depending on the destination in Europe. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Shipping costs
Standard EU shipping is EUR 8. Shipping is free from EUR 100 after applicable cart calculations. The final shipping amount is shown in the cart and checkout before you place the order.
6. Packaging
Research products are packed to reduce movement and protect contents in transit. Packaging may vary by product category, order size, and batch.
7. Lost or damaged shipments
If a shipment is lost or a product arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the order reference, tracking information, and photos where applicable. After review, we may issue a refund for the affected item or send a replacement shipment.
8. Incorrect or incomplete address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. If a shipment is returned due to an address error or failed delivery attempts, we may charge reasonable reshipping fees or cancel the order in line with our terms and applicable law.
9. Customs, duties, and taxes
For cross-border shipments within the EU, applicable VAT rules apply as shown at checkout. If delivery to a non-EU country is offered, import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees may be charged locally by authorities or the carrier. Those costs are the recipient's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
